Which one of the following is not a part of Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) ?
Answer: D
Group rights are not a part of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948. The Declaration deals with the rights of individuals: security of person, liberty and equality before the law, along with civil, political, economic and social rights. Rights of groups, such as those of minorities and peoples, were taken up in later instruments. So security, liberty and equality rights are included and group rights are the one that is not.
