Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ExamsRepo (Education), which operates ExamsRepo at https://examsrepo.com/ and its related pages (together, the "Platform"). In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator, and "you" means the person using the Platform.

By browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.

1. What ExamsRepo provides

The Platform is an examination-preparation resource. Depending on the section you visit, it offers:

• multiple-choice practice questions organised by subject, topic and examination, with answer keys and written explanations;
• online practice tests and mock tests;
• interview questions and model answers;
• video explanations of topics, where available;
• information about job notifications, examination patterns, syllabi and important dates;
• a discussion forum in which registered users may post comments and questions; and
• an optional email subscription for updates.

Most of the Platform can be browsed without an account. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Platform at any time, and we may limit access to any feature.

2. Eligibility and age

You may use the Platform only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law and are not barred from doing so.

If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian, and an account must be registered by that adult on your behalf. We do not knowingly create accounts for children without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. If we learn that we hold a child's personal data without that consent, we will delete it. Our approach to children's data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

3. Accuracy of content, and no guarantee of results

We prepare our practice questions, answer keys and explanations with care, and we correct errors when we find them. Even so, the Platform is provided for study and general information only. We do not warrant that any question, answer key, explanation, syllabus, cut-off, examination pattern, date or other content is accurate, complete or current.

Always verify anything that matters against the official notification or the examination body's own website before you rely on it. Nothing on the Platform is professional, career, legal or financial advice.

We do not promise any particular score, rank, selection, admission or employment outcome. Preparation material cannot guarantee a result, and no statement on the Platform should be read as doing so.

4. Job notifications and third-party information

Job listings, recruitment notices, vacancy counts, eligibility criteria and closing dates are collected from publicly available sources and are reproduced for convenience. We are not the recruiter, do not process applications, do not charge for any listing, and are not involved in any selection process.

Confirm every detail against the official advertisement before applying or paying any fee. We are not responsible for changes to, or withdrawal of, any third-party opportunity.

5. No affiliation with examination bodies

Names, acronyms, logos and trade marks of examinations, boards, recruiters, universities and companies referred to on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. They are used only to describe the examination or subject that content relates to.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any examination body, recruiter or educational institution, and no such association should be inferred.

6. Your account

Some features, including posting in the discussion forum, require an account. You agree to give accurate registration details and to keep them current. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at tech.examsrepo@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not share your account, and do not use anyone else's.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• copy, scrape, harvest, mirror, republish, sell or commercially exploit content from the Platform, or use automated means to extract it in bulk, without our prior written permission;
• use the Platform to build, train or evaluate any dataset or model without our prior written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, any account, or any server or database behind it, or probe, scan or test its security;
• upload or transmit any virus, worm or other harmful code, or interfere with the Platform's operation;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• use the Platform for anything unlawful, or in breach of these Terms; or
• remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary notice.

8. Discussion forum and user content

"User Content" means anything you post, upload or submit, including forum comments, votes and reports about questions.

You keep ownership of your User Content. By posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish and display it in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You confirm you have the rights to grant this and that your User Content does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You must not post anything that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of privacy, hateful, harassing, or harmful to a child;
• infringes any patent, trade mark, copyright or other proprietary right, including live or leaked examination material;
• is deliberately false or misleading, or impersonates another person;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order;
• contains software viruses or code intended to disrupt any system; or
• is unsolicited advertising, spam, or a solicitation to buy or sell.

We do not pre-screen User Content and are not obliged to monitor it. We may remove or edit any User Content, and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion - particularly where content breaches these Terms or the law.

9. Our role, and how to report content

In relation to User Content we act as an intermediary: the forum hosts material created by users, and we do not author or endorse it. Views expressed in the forum are those of the person who posted them.

If you believe any content on the Platform is unlawful, infringes your rights, or breaches these Terms, contact our Grievance Officer with enough detail to identify it - the page address, what is wrong, and your basis for complaining:

We will acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours of receiving it and aim to resolve it within 15 days. Complaints about the removal of your own content will be handled on the same timetable.

10. Intellectual property

Except for User Content and third-party material, everything on the Platform - including its selection and arrangement of questions, explanations, text, design, layout, graphics and software - is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law.

You may view, download and print content for your own personal, non-commercial study. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, publication or preparation of derivative works, requires our prior written permission.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, write to the Grievance Officer above identifying the work, the material complained of, your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

11. Affiliate links, sponsorship and advertising

Some links on the Platform may be affiliate or sponsored links, and we may earn a commission or fee if you follow them or make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. We may also display advertising, including advertising served by third-party networks, now or in future.

Commercial arrangements do not determine the practice content we publish or the answers we give. We do not control third-party advertisers or merchants and are not responsible for their goods, services or conduct. Cookies and similar technologies used for advertising are described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Third-party links

The Platform links to sites we do not control, including examination bodies and recruiters. Links are for convenience and are not endorsements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of any external site, and you visit them at your own risk.

13. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Access may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. Content, features and pricing (if any paid feature is introduced) may change at any time.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, examination opportunity, admission or employment, arising out of or connected with your use of the Platform - whether based in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or connected with the Platform is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us, and our officers, employees and agents, harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the law, or if we reasonably believe it necessary to protect the Platform or other users. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law - will do so.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Where a change is material we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. Continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the amended Terms.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable right you may have to bring proceedings where you live, the courts at Kolkata will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.

20. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Platform.
