Who discovered neutron?
Answer: A
The neutron was discovered by James Chadwick.
In 1932 Chadwick showed that the penetrating radiation from beryllium struck by alpha particles consisted of neutral particles with a mass close to that of the proton. He received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1935.
Rutherford discovered the nucleus and proposed that a neutral particle might exist, J.J. Thomson discovered the electron, and Marie Curie worked on radioactivity. None of them discovered the neutron.
