Pointing out to a lady, a girl said, "She is the daughter-in-law of the grandmother of my father's only son." How is the lady related to the girl ?

My father’s only son is the girl’s brother, so the grandmother of my father’s only son is simply the girl’s own grandmother. That lady’s daughter-in-law is the wife of her son - the girl’s father - so the lady pointed out is the girl’s mother.
