The United Nations Environment Programme and International Energy Agency jointly released a 'Cooling Emissions and Policy Synthesis Report' (CEPSR). Which of the following statements is/are correct about the report ?
1. It is based on assessment of development and climate benefits of efficient and climate-friendly cooling.
2. It lays out actions that can be taken to deliver efficient and climate-friendly cooling for all.

Both statements are correct, so the answer is Both 1 and 2.
The Cooling Emissions and Policy Synthesis Report, released by UNEP and the International Energy Agency in July 2020, assesses the development and climate benefits of cooling that is both energy-efficient and climate-friendly (1). It then sets out the policy actions that can deliver such cooling for all, for example linking the phase-down of HFC refrigerants under the Kigali Amendment with improvements in the energy efficiency of air conditioners (2).
Since the report does both things, 'Only 1', 'Only 2' and 'Neither 1 nor 2' each leave out or deny a correct statement.
