Which one of the following is not a Fundamental Right ?
Answer: A
The Right to Work is not a Fundamental Right in Part III of the Constitution; it appears among the Directive Principles in Article 41. The Right to Constitutional Remedies (Article 32), the Right to Freedom of Religion (Articles 25 to 28) and the Right to Equality (Articles 14 to 18) are all Fundamental Rights. So the right that is not fundamental is the Right to Work, option A.
