Answer: D
Kokborok Day is observed on 19th January.
Kokborok, the language of the Tripuri (Borok) people, was recognised as an official language of Tripura on 19 January 1979, alongside Bengali. The state marks the date each year as Kokborok Day, also called Tripuri Language Day, with events promoting the language and its literature.
The other dates belong to other observances: 5 September is Teachers' Day in India, 8 March is International Women's Day, and 13 February is World Radio Day as well as Sarojini Naidu's birth anniversary.
