World Environment Day is observed on
Answer: A
World Environment Day is observed on 5th June.
The United Nations General Assembly designated 5 June as World Environment Day to mark the opening of the Stockholm Conference on the Human Environment in 1972. It has been celebrated every year since 1974 under the UN Environment Programme. Each year has its own theme and host country; in 2021 the theme was ecosystem restoration, with Pakistan as host.
The other dates are not environment days: 6 August is Hiroshima Day and 2 May has no such observance.
