Section 62 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam provides that the contents of electronic records may be proved in accordance with the provisions of section 63. Section 63 deals with the admissibility of electronic records, including computer output, and the certificate that must accompany them, replacing section 65B of the Evidence Act.
Section 61 declares that electronic or digital records shall not be denied admissibility merely because they are electronic, but it does not set the method of proof. Sections 65 and 66 deal with other matters.
