According to Lenz's law, the induced current opposes
Answer: B
The induced current opposes the change in flux.
Lenz's law states that the direction of an induced current is such that its magnetic field opposes the change in magnetic flux that produced it. If the flux through a coil is increasing, the induced current makes a field against it; if decreasing, a field that tries to maintain it. This is the reason for the minus sign in Faraday's law and follows from conservation of energy.
It does not oppose the magnetic field itself, which may be steady with no current induced, nor the applied voltage or the resistance.
