Who was the first Vice-Chairman of NITI Aayog?
Answer: B
Arvind Panagariya was the first Vice-Chairman of NITI Aayog.
He took the post when NITI Aayog replaced the Planning Commission on 1 January 2015, and served until 2017, when Rajiv Kumar succeeded him. The Prime Minister is the Aayog's chairperson.
