Pushkar Lake, in Ajmer district, is one of the most sacred lakes in Hinduism and is surrounded by more than 500 temples and 52 ghats where pilgrims bathe, especially during the Kartik Purnima fair. The Brahma temple there is among the very few in India dedicated to Brahma.
Anasagar is an artificial lake in Ajmer city, Siliserh is a lake near Alwar, and Kaylana is an artificial lake in Jodhpur. None has hundreds of temples and 52 ghats.
