At which of the following place the ICAR-Central Institute of Post-Harvest Engineering and Technology (CIPHET) is located?
Answer: A
CIPHET is located at Ludhiana, Punjab.
The ICAR-Central Institute of Post-Harvest Engineering and Technology was established in 1989 with its headquarters at Ludhiana, on the campus of Punjab Agricultural University. It also has a regional station at Abohar in Punjab. It works on post-harvest handling, processing and value addition of agricultural produce.
Bhopal is the home of ICAR's Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering (CIAE), the usual trap for this question. Nashik and Allahabad (Prayagraj) do not host CIPHET.
