Which of the following baoris, situated in Abhaneri, is the most artistic baori?
Answer: C
The baori at Abhaneri is the Chand Baori.
Chand Baori, in Abhaneri village of Dausa district, is one of the deepest and most elaborate stepwells in India. Built around the 9th century and traditionally credited to Raja Chanda of the Nikumbha dynasty, it has about 3,500 narrow steps arranged symmetrically on three sides, descending about 13 storeys, with the Harshat Mata temple beside it.
Rani Ji Ki Baori is in Bundi, and the Naulakha and Trimukhi baoris are elsewhere in Rajasthan; none of them is at Abhaneri.
