CHILDLINE 1098 is a free 24-hour telephone helpline for children in need of care and protection. It responds to children in emergency situations, such as abuse, abandonment, a child lost or running away, child labour or a medical emergency, and links them to rescue, shelter and long-term services.
It is not meant for normal situations or festivals, and natural calamities are only one kind of emergency, so option D is too narrow.
