The evidence of Expert in the Court of Law is recorded in the following order :
Answer: B
The expert's evidence is recorded in the order Oath, Examination in chief, Cross examination, Questions by Judges.
The witness first takes the oath or affirmation. The party who called him then examines him in chief, the other side cross-examines, and the judge may put questions to him, usually at the end. Re-examination, if needed, follows the cross-examination.
The other options start with the examination before the oath or put the judge's questions in the middle, and so reverse this procedure.
