Non-traditional security thread does not include

Foreign trade is not a non-traditional security threat. Non-traditional threats come from non-military sources: illegal migration, terrorism and drug trafficking with hawala money transfers all cross borders and endanger the safety of people and states.
Foreign trade is a normal economic activity, so it is not on the list of such threats. Questions on the threat from non-state actors and from the environment, health and economy are grouped as non-traditional because the threat is not a military attack by another state.
