The Senkaku Islands (called Diaoyu by China) are a disputed territory between Japan and China in the East China Sea. Japan controls them, while China and Taiwan also claim them.
The other pairs are not parties to the dispute: China and South Korea argue over a submerged rock, Malaysia and Singapore had a dispute over Pedra Branca, and the pair of Taiwan and China is a different case. Japan and China is the standard answer.
