Myanmar is not a member of SAARC, the second option. The members are Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, the Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, and Myanmar has only asked for observer status.
Sri Lanka, Bhutan and Pakistan are all full members, so they are not the answer.
The seven original members of SAARC (1985) were Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, the Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan joined in 2007. Myanmar remains outside the group, although it has links with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.
