Which of the following device is used to pull heavy loads along the ground?
Answer: B
Heavy loads are pulled along the ground with winches.
A winch winds a rope or wire cable onto a drum, by hand or by motor, and gives a large mechanical advantage, so it can haul a heavy load horizontally along the ground or up a slope.
Cranes and slings lift loads vertically. Rollers placed under a load make it easier to move, but they do not pull it; something else must provide the pull. So 'All of these' is wrong, since only the winch is a pulling device.
