Cambridge Analytica obtained data from tens of millions of Facebook profiles through a personality-quiz app built by researcher Aleksandr Kogan. It worked for Ted Cruz's 2016 presidential primary campaign, and The Guardian reported in December 2015 that the campaign was using psychological profiles built from this harvested data. The wider scandal broke in 2018.
Twitter is a social network, Golden Dawn is a Greek political party, and 'Oxford Data' was not involved.
