In which models of Integrated Education Programme is being implemented in large scale by governmental and non-governmental agencies in India ?

Both the resource model and the itinerant model are implemented on a large scale.
In the resource model a child with a disability studies in the regular class and spends part of the day with a trained resource teacher. In the itinerant model a trained teacher travels between several schools to help such children. Government and non-government agencies in India use both.
The dual teaching model is not the one named by the key, and naming only one of the two would leave the other, which is also in wide use, out.
