Videotext is a generic term that refers to both videotext and ......... .
Answer: B
The missing term is Teletext.
Videotex (often written videotext) is the umbrella name for systems that deliver pages of text and simple graphics to a television screen or terminal. It has two forms: teletext, which is broadcast one way inside the television signal so the viewer can only select pages, and interactive viewdata, which runs over telephone lines so the user can send requests back.
Video, plain text and multimedia are general media words, not the paired system that the generic term covers.
