When World Health Organization (W.H.O.) was established ?

The World Health Organization was established on 07 April (1948).
The WHO's constitution, adopted in 1946, came into force on 7 April 1948, the date the organisation was formally established. That anniversary is observed every year as World Health Day. Its headquarters is in Geneva.
The other dates have no such connection: the WHO already existed by 1949, 1950 and 1951, so none of those can be its founding date.
