Multisensory approach in teaching-learning is the simultaneous use of visual, auditory, tactile and _____ senses to enhance learning.
Answer: A
The missing sense is kinesthetic.
The multisensory approach (VAKT, used for example in the Fernald method) teaches through visual, auditory, kinesthetic and tactile channels at once: a child might see a word, say it, hear it and trace it with a finger while moving the arm. Kinesthetic refers to the sense of body movement and position.
The vestibular sense deals with balance, and perceptual and observational are not separate senses; they describe processes that use the senses.
