The Registry of Open Access Repositories, maintained at the University of Southampton, lists open access repositories worldwide and tracks their growth. Its development was funded by JISC, the UK's Joint Information Systems Committee, as part of its support for open access infrastructure.
The Mellon Foundation, the Gates Foundation and MIT were not its funders, so the other options are wrong.
