Which projection property matters most for a large-scale topographic map sheet?
Answer: C
Over the small area a single sheet covers, keeping angles and local shape true means that features and bearings can be worked with directly. Area distortion over so small an extent is negligible, so nothing is given up by choosing conformality here.
