When was Burma separated from India ?
Answer: B
Burma was separated from India in 1937.
Under the Government of India Act, 1935, Burma was separated from British India and made a separate colony. The separation took effect on 1 April 1937, the same day provincial autonomy began in India.
1935 is the year of the Act and 1937 the year it came into force. 1936, 1938 and 1939 do not mark the separation.
