Comments on a presentation can record who wrote them and when they were added. What's the automatic way in PowerPoint 2002?

Insert → Comment attaches a note to a slide and stamps it automatically with the reviewer’s name and the date, taken from the User Information settings - nothing has to be typed by hand. The notes page is free text with no author or date, and online collaboration is a meeting facility rather than a way of recording remarks.
