Correct answer: select File, Save from the menu
A presentation is saved with File → Save - equally the Save button on the Standard toolbar or Ctrl + S. The Windows Start button launches programs, Ctrl + F5 does not save, and the Formatting toolbar carries type controls rather than a Save button.
