To open Microsoft Word from the command line, type _____ into the windows Run box.

The command is winword.
Microsoft Word's program file is WINWORD.EXE, so typing winword in the Run box (Windows key + R) starts Word. Excel and PowerPoint start in the same way with excel and powerpnt.
'run word', 'wintext' and 'runtext' are not the names of any Office program, so Windows would report that it cannot find them.
