The chronological order is IV, I, II, III, option B. The survey called Indian Tax Reform, a report of a survey, is the earliest, from the 1950s. The Committee on Taxation of Agricultural Wealth and Income was set up in the early 1970s. The Task Force on direct taxes reported in the 2000s, and the Thirteenth Finance Commission, covering 2010-15, was the latest.
