The one that is not a data collection method is research problem.
A research problem is the question the study sets out to answer. It is formulated before data are collected and decides what data are needed, but it is not itself a way of collecting data.
Unstructured interviewing, postal survey questionnaires and participant observation are all methods of gathering data from people or situations.
