The three ministries were Women and Child Development, Health and Family Welfare, and Human Resource Development.
Beti Bachao Beti Padhao was launched on 22 January 2015 at Panipat to address the declining child sex ratio. It is a joint initiative: Women and Child Development is the nodal ministry, Health and Family Welfare enforces the law against sex-selective practices, and Human Resource Development (now Education) promotes the enrolment and retention of girls in school.
The Ministry of AYUSH has no part in the scheme, so every option naming it is wrong.
