The article that does not guarantee social justice is Article 52.
Article 52 simply says there shall be a President of India; it creates an office and says nothing about rights or social justice.
The others do. Article 15(1) forbids the State to discriminate on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth. Article 16(1) guarantees equality of opportunity in public employment. Article 41, a Directive Principle, asks the State to secure the right to work, to education and to public assistance in unemployment, old age, sickness and disablement.
