The National Policy for Persons with Disabilities was framed in 2006. It covers prevention of disabilities, rehabilitation, education, employment and social security for persons with disabilities, and it followed the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act of 1995.
The years 2003, 2004 and 2005 are not the date of the National Policy. They fall before it, and the policy was adopted after the 1995 Act and a national policy debate in the early 2000s, so only 2006 is correct.
