Which is the first State Government in India which introduced its 'Paperless Budget 2021-2022' in its Legislative Assembly ?

The first state was Uttar Pradesh.
Uttar Pradesh presented its budget for 2021-22 in the Legislative Assembly on 22 February 2021 in paperless form, with the budget documents given to members on tablets, and it was reported as the first state to do so. This followed the Union Budget, which had gone paperless on 1 February 2021.
Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Arunachal Pradesh were not the first states to present a paperless budget for that year.
