Statement: I have written several letters to the branch manager regarding my account in the bank but did not receive any reply so far.
Assumptions:
1. Branch manager is expected to read letters received from the customer.
2. Branch manager is expected to reply to the letters received from the customers.

Correct answer: Both I and II are implicit
The complaint presupposes both that the manager is expected to read what customers write and that he is expected to answer it - without both, there would be no ground for the grievance. Both are implicit.
