2. B listens to As advice

Correct answer: Only assumption I is implicit
Recommending the institute presupposes that it teaches accounts well - assumption I; otherwise the advice would be worthless. Assumption II is about whether B will act on it, which is no part of what A takes for granted in giving it. Only I is implicit.
