Conclusions:
I. All candidates who have yet to get their Bachelor’s degree will be there in the list of selected candidates.
II. All candidates having obtained second class Bachelor’s degree will be there in the list of selected candidates.

Correct answer: Neither I nor II follows.
Both conclusions confuse eligibility with selection. Meeting the condition entitles a candidate to apply; it does not put anyone on the selected list, which will depend on the selection process. Neither follows.
