The right order is Calcutta (iii), Bombay (iv), Madras (i) and Delhi (ii). The universities of Calcutta, Bombay and Madras were established in 1857, in that sequence through the year, and their libraries began with them. Delhi University was founded later, in 1922.
The other options put Delhi first or in the middle, which is wrong since it was the youngest of the four.
