Tripura Public Service Commission - 2025,
Answer: A
Article 371-A gives special provisions to Nagaland.
Article 371A, inserted by the 13th Amendment in 1962 when Nagaland became a state, provides that no Act of Parliament on Naga religious or social practices, Naga customary law and procedure, civil and criminal justice under customary law, or ownership and transfer of land and its resources applies to Nagaland unless its Legislative Assembly so decides.
The other states have their own articles: Assam 371B, Manipur 371C and Sikkim 371F.
