APSSB Constable Syllabus, Exam Pattern, Eligibility
106 topics across 3 subjects. Every question carries a written explanation.
APSSB recruits police constables for Arunachal Pradesh: Constable (Civil Police), Constable in the India Reserve Battalions (IRBn) and the Arunachal Armed Police Battalion (AAPBn), and the Band and Bugler posts in IRBn. There is no stand-alone "Constable exam" every year. The posts come either through a special drive or inside the Combined Secondary Level Examination.
The latest round was the Special Recruitment Drive for Uniformed Services Combined Examination 2026 (13 March 2026). It had 668 constable posts out of 984, alongside Fireman and Special Tiger Guard. The written test was on 14 June 2026 and the final result was issued on 5 September 2026. Over 62,000 people applied.
Before that, CSLE 2025 carried 295 constable posts. No new constable advertisement is out yet; watch the advertisement page.
