General awareness has 35 of the 100 questions in Paper I and includes Punjab history, culture and economy, which most national guides skip. Men need 1,600 m in 6:30, a 3.80 m long jump and a 1.10 m high jump. Women need 800 m in 4:30, 3.00 m and 0.95 m.
