TNPSC Group 3 refers to the Combined Civil Services Examination III (Group III.A Services). The last one was Notification 26/2022 (Advertisement 630) of 15 September 2022, for just 15 posts:

TNPSC Group 3 Details
Exam Pattern
In 2022 it was a single three-hour OMR paper of 300 marks: a Tamil Eligibility-cum-Scoring Test (100 questions, 150 marks, 60 to qualify, with General English as the option for disabled candidates) and General Studies at HSC level with aptitude (100 questions, 150 marks). The pass mark was 90.
Eligibility Criteria
For Junior Inspector of Co-operative Societies in 2022 the age band ran from 18 to under 32 for Others, under 34 for BC and MBC candidates and under 37 for SC, ST and destitute widows. The 2026 Group 4 notification asks for SSLC from reserved categories and Intermediate or Pre-University from Others, with preference to commerce graduates.
Important Dates
The 2022 cycle ran from notification on 15 September 2022 to an application deadline of 14 October 2022, with the exam on 28 January 2023. Nothing has been announced since. New notifications appear on the TNPSC exam dashboard, and the Annual Planner for each year comes out in December.
