PET-2025 first, then a main written exam. The shortlist was drawn on normalized PET scores, and a candidate with a zero or negative score was left out, whatever the category. The Commission did not ask for a score in absolute terms alone: the notice says it followed an Allahabad High Court order in a writ petition on this point.
