Who believed that "the best management is a true science" applicable to all kinds of human activities ?
Answer: A
The view is Taylor's.
In the introduction to The Principles of Scientific Management (1911), Frederick Winslow Taylor set out to prove that the best management is a true science, resting on clearly defined laws, rules and principles, and that these fundamental principles apply to all kinds of human activities, from personal acts to the work of great corporations.
Henri Fayol wrote on the functions and principles of administration, Max Weber on bureaucracy and authority, and Luther Gulick on POSDCORB and departmentalisation. None of them made this claim about management as a true science in these words.
