Name the country with which India signed a civil nuclear co-operation agreement on 9th December 2016.
Answer: A
The country is Vietnam.
India and Vietnam signed an agreement on cooperation in the peaceful uses of nuclear energy in New Delhi on 9 December 2016, during the visit of the Chairperson of Vietnam's National Assembly.
The other countries do not fit that date. India's civil nuclear cooperation with Russia goes back decades, including the Kudankulam plant in Tamil Nadu, and India signed its civil nuclear agreement with South Korea in 2011. Nepal has no nuclear power programme with which such an agreement would be made.
