The Tripura State Electricity Corporation Ltd. (TSECL) has signed Power Sale Agreements to which of the following ?

The agreements are with Mizoram and Bangladesh.
TSECL sells power to Bangladesh under an agreement with NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam and the Bangladesh Power Development Board (192 MW after the 2021 supplementary agreement). It also has a power sale agreement with Mizoram, about 10.5 MW according to an ADB project document, and the two states exchange power at festival times.
No comparable standing power sale agreement with Meghalaya, Manipur, Assam or Nagaland is part of the arrangement the question has in mind, and Tripura buys power from some of those neighbours rather than selling to them.
