The country with which India signed the MoU on illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, in the news at the time, was Indonesia.
The Union Cabinet approved the signing of this MoU with Indonesia in March 2019. It provides for exchange of information, controlled deliveries and cooperation against money laundering, for five years from signing.
India's similar agreement with Thailand dates from 2017, so it is not the recent one, and the key gives Indonesia.
